Join us for the Axiom Elite Retreat, a full day of martial arts training for ages 10 and up. Train with multiple instructors, experience a variety of styles including Karate, Taekwondo, Kobudo, Muay Thai, JKD, Arnis, and MMA, and connect with martial artists from across Colorado Springs. Step outside your school's bubble, learn new perspectives, and take your training to the next level!

If you love martial arts, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss. Join martial artists from across Colorado Springs for a full day of training, learning, and community. Open to students ages 10 and up, the Axiom Elite Retreat will feature instruction from multiple guest instructors representing a variety of martial arts styles, including Taekwondo, Karate, Kobudo, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Arnis, MMA, and more.

This is your chance to step outside your school's routine, gain new perspectives, train with new people, and experience different approaches to the martial arts—all in one exciting day. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student, there will be something valuable for everyone.

They share resources and look for opportunities to help one another. They keep each other accountable by not allowing their community members to make excuses, but rather challenge them to greatest out of Love. It’s important to function in a group but not get caught in group think, which happens in herd mindset. In a wolf-pack, each wolf is individually strong but bring their strength together in a group. Humility is key to working with others and knowing each other’s strengths.

Fun moments last a long time, creating a lot of inside jokes and moments you think about fondly. Fun moments help add to the emotional bank account, where you add to with Love and Trust and take from with betrayal and selfishness. In the fun moments, we forget about a lot of the sucky-ness that life throws at us. Learn to laugh at yourself. The monkey teaches us to not take life too seriously.

Monkeys create strong communities by understanding rules, positions, and how to treat each other. There is a concept in Okinawa called Moai which basically means a social support group. Like humans, monkeys understand the importance of building healthy relationships that help us through life. Love and Trust are cornerstones to a healthy relationship. Love is doing what’s in the vest interest of the other person, and trust is consistency in our words and actions.
